How far in advance should I book a trailer?
June and September book up fairly early so if you are looking for either of these months we would suggest booking as early as possible. For other months of the year 3-6 months ahead of time is usually safe.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
The rental price will include set up and either free or charged delivery.
What types of restroom trailers do you offer?
We offer standard and luxury restroom trailers in many sizes
What amenities are included in the trailers?
Each trailer has heat/air conditioning, running water and flushable toilets. Some trailers have sound systems, luxury lighting and upgraded luxury interior
How many people can each trailer accommodate?
The trailer your event needs will depend on a few factors like amount of people and length of event. For a simple idea of need each restroom can accommodate 60-100 people for a 3-6 hour event.
Are the trailers ADA compliant?
We don’t currently offer any ADA compliant trailers but we do have brand new ADA Portable Toilets that you can rent with your trailer.
When is my final payment due?
We bill every event in the month prior and require payment one week before your event.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a $250 deposit to hold your date. This deposit is refundable if we are able to rent your reserved trailer out to another customer.
What are the space requirements for the trailers?
Each trailer has its own space requirements, see photos on Trailer Page on website for individual floor plan.
What are the power requirements for the trailer?
For heat and or air conditioning each trailer will require its own 20amp 120v circuit. If you don’t have a circuit like this available and the trailer needs to share a circuit with other electrical items we will not be able to turn on the HVAC.
What if I don’t have power?
We do offer a dual fuel generator rental for an additional fee, these generators are specifically matched to the power need of the trailers, if you have your own generator we will need to approve it before your rental.
What if I don’t have water?
The trailers do have the option to hold on board water, this will limit the amount of people your trailer can adequately service.
Do I need to provide anything for the setup?
Unless previously agreed upon we will need a 120v 20amp circuit and a water hose spigot, and a reasonably accessible level space.
Can the trailers be used in all weather conditions?
We do have trailers specially suited for winter, otherwise all of our trailers are considered 3 season which means they have heat and ac.
Can I customize the interior for my event?
Feel free to add any decorations to your trailer we just ask that you make no permanent modifications. This means don’t remove anything from the trailer, don’t drill any holes or use any permanent fasteners or very sticky tapes. Please remove decorations and tape residue before we pick up the trailer.
Do you provide attendants for the restrooms during events?
This negotiable on an event by event basis.
How often should the restrooms be serviced during multi-day events?
There are too many factors that go into this question, please reach out with event details for us to talk this through.
Can the trailers be used at outdoor locations without hookups?
It is possible to rent our generator and use the on board water tank to use this trailer “off-grid”
What happens if there is a problem with the trailer during the event?
We have at least one person on call at all times.
Do the trailers come stocked with supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap)?
Each trailer comes full of supplies and with back ups under each sink.
What should I do in case of an emergency with the trailer?
In the case of life threatening emergency call 911 otherwise call us and our on call staff will assist you.
Can I rent additional units like hand wash stations or portable showers?
We do offer ADA portable toilets and stand alone hand washing stations but only with a trailer rental.
